Your file must have reasonably clear audio (and speech!) for it to transcribe.
Loud background noise or music can make it hard to transcribe a file also.
If you get an error:
1. Make sure your file is not corrupt (if you've downloaded your video from somewhere, these files may have some issues). Please let us know so we can look out for any issues.
2. You are uploading a compatible format (MP4, MOV, AVI, etc)
